Event Pagination

Front End Display, Performance, Site Settings, Layout

A new feature is included in this release which changes the way the list and summary view display events. In all previous versions of Active Calendar, all events (up to 1,000) were displayed on a single page, resulting in a very intensive load and increased time to load the events. At times, this limitation resulted in not showing all of the events in the requested date range.

The list and summary view will now load the first 125 events in the search range, and build a series of pages to display the remaining events in the search range. The number of events to display per page is customizable via Site Settings > Layout Settings.
